Thank you for choosing to book your stay with Henga Lodge. Please be aware of our terms and conditions below.

Booking Requests/Availability

All reservations are on request basis.  Reservations can be made by emailing [email protected] or by phone 03 3050196.  Our friendly team will respond to you as soon as possbile.

 

Cancellation/Non-arrival (no-show) Policies

In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following applies: 25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be made within 7 days of arrival there will be a 100% surcharge for the room nights cancelled. 

We strongly encourage guests take out appropriate travel insurance.

 

Deposit/Guarantee

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card/internet banking at time of booking.  25% of booking is payable at time of booking.  An invoice will be emailed after booking.

 

Currency

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (NZD).

 

Special Requests

Requests for particular rooms or specific bedding are honoured whenever possible based on availability at check-in. However, due to inventory limitations, these requests cannot be guaranteed.
